Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assistant (VA) is one of the two services we offer, the other being Consultant Support (CS) and Back Office (BO) Support. A VA is an associate who provides support to an entrepreneur or a business using internet, phone (VoIP), and fax. Any task that can be digitized can potentially be performed by a VA, depending on his or her skill set and client requirement. The VA is physically located in South Asia; it is this flexibility of time, space, and location that allows us to offer VA services at a fraction of the cost.

A VA is an associate who has a bachelors degree in a non-business/non-technical major and is not a specialist in any particular area. The associate provides general purpose support, whether you require invoicing, add posting, data entry, creating forms, content updating, etc.

Difference between a VA and a CS

The difference between a VA and a CS is the level of expertise. A VA is a general purpose associate, where as a CS is a specialist. A CS is an associate who either has a BBA, MBA, or a degree in Computer Science (CS).

Terms & Conditions

  • We offer a 10 hour DISCOUNTED TRIAL of all our virtual assistant MONTHLY service plans. The trial is available to you within the first week of your inquiry. The discounted trial is NOT valid for one-time tasks or projects.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade the plan with a 24 hour notice. PLEASE NOTE: Any rollover hours will be lost when the plan is downgraded.
  • Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) for our North American customers; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET) for our European customers; and 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST for our Australian/NZ clients. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you have a special need that requires us to work over the weekend; we can arrange that as well, all you have to do is give a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya assistants are associates mostly with bachelors degree with a good grasp of MS Office tools and are web savvy.
  • 30 day notice is required to cancel a plan after the trial period.
