Kaya Offerings Matrix

It is important to understand the difference between different service plans. In total, Kaya offers four types of monthly service plans:

  1. Virtual Assistant (VA)
  2. Back Office (BO) Support
  3. Kaya Office of the Future (KOF)
  4. Consultant Support (CS)

It is difficult to clearly differentiate between the above services because there is some overlap, but the above 2 x 2 matrix should help you better understand the difference between the services. By thinking about your requirements in terms of volume, complexity, and mix; you can then determine which quadrant fits your needs.

Kaya Office of the Future (KOF) - Quadrant I

KOF fits in the first quadrant where task/project mix is high along with high volume and complexity. If your organization employees high end managers/professionals then KOF can help improve productivity by assisting them on different tasks and projects. A good example would be a four member KOF team that assists a group of 20 managers to help them prepare presentations; research topics; prepare spreadsheets; write VB applications to improve productivity etc. NOTE: KOF team should not be confused with secretarial support because the team is highly skilled and could be considered as junior associate/analyst. read more...

Consultant Support (CS) - Quadrant II

CS fits in the second quadrant where task/project complexity is high but the volume is low. If you are a small business owner or an entrepreneur who requires high end support in the form of an associate with computer science or business background then CS is a good fit. Some examples are website/application development; bookkeeping; market research; etc. Please NOTE: the difference between VA and CS is skill level. CS is a more qualified associate than a VA. read more...

Virtual Assistant (VA) - Quadrant III

VA support fits in the third quadrant where task/project complexity is low and the volume is also low. If you are a small business owner or an entrepreneur with basic repeatable tasks that need to be done on a daily basis then a VA is a great fit. Some tasks/project examples are updating marketing spreadsheets for clients; updating website content; managing email marketing campaigns; basic online research etc. read more...

Back Office Support (BO) - Quadrant IV

BO fits in the forth quadrant where task/project mix is low but volume is high. If a business wants to outsource part or all of a department then BO support is the right fit. A good example would be web/application technical support; portal support; email/chat customer support; medical billing; etc. read more...
