ePrescription Web Application

Kaya Systems is developing an ePrescription application for a North American client that connects the pharmacy, clinic and the patient. The purpose is to create paperless transactions between the three entities and reduce waste. The application has passed the two levels of approval and is close to completion.

Order Processing

A Wisconsin based company selected Kaya Systems to provide BPO service for order processing. The company provided Kaya with a web-enabled backend to handle all the order processing. The service has significantly cut cost and improved customer service. The support has now matured with very few hiccups. Kaya was successfully able to meet all the parameters set by the client.

Data Aggregation System

A North American client selected Kaya Systems to handle its order processing. It has provided Kaya Systems a web based interface to handle the order processing task. After initial adjusting of performance parameters, the project is progressing per client expectations. Regular interaction between project managers on both sides has helped the project progress smoothly.

3D Interactive Panorama

A Georgia based client selected Kaya Systems to create a 3DInteractive Panorama for an apartment owned by a famous artist. The large apartment was fully furnished with a number of accessories. The client required as much interactivity as possible and wanted the project completed in a short span of time. Kaya used Adobe Flash, Action-Script 2.0, Flashificator and XML to create that 3D interactive environment. All the interactivity requirements were met and the project was delivered on time. The xml based backend facilitated quick change of images and playlist.

Work Flow System

The objective of this web-based application was to mange work flow within the organization. This tool was developed for a United Kingdom based accounting firm. The web application, in a nutshell, assigned and tracked tasks. It provided real time information on the status of the tasks or projects. The system was simple and easy to use and maintain. It was developed using php/MySQL platform. The application is in use and fully functional.

B2B Market Place

This system was developed for a Finland based client. Customers could create their account, upload products, search and order products. The system also provided a web-service/RPC-Interface that allowed users to push products to the system (with xml-messages). In addition, the system allowed its users to pull orders from an ERP-system (with xml-messages) for handling and delivery. The system was built using php based ZEND framework with MySQL as the backend database. The system is installed and fully functional.

Kaya Office of the Future (KOF)

A North American real estate client selected Kaya Systems to provide back office support. The specific requirements did not warrant standard BPO type support, but a more low-volume high-skill mix support was required. To address client requirement, Kaya put together a team of bookkeeper, web developer, marketing, and project management associates to support their office. This KOF team took some time to mature and gel to client specifications. The team has significantly improved client’s throughput and productivity. The client’s relationship with Kaya is now in its third year.

Parts Management System

The objective was to create a browser-based part management database that would allow users to store and retrieve details of manufactured mechanical parts. A United Kingdom based firm employed Kaya Systems to develop the system. It was anticipated that there will be a large number of low-volume high-mix parts; therefore, a searchable repository of CAD drawings, PDF documentation, Word / Excel documentation was developed. The system also worked with an external database through API’s so external users could build a history of manufacturing jobs against individual items or parts. The project was completed on time and within budget and is fully functional and in operation.

Web 2.0 Content Management Support

A major North American media company selected Kaya Systems to provide BPO service to support quality assurance for its web 2.0 content management system. The project was only awarded after the client tested the service from multiple service providers. Primarily, the client expects two types of services from its outsourcing partner: one, consistently follow standards and procedures; two, help client automate as many processes as possible. The support is now more than six months old and the client is sufficiently pleased. The support is on 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
