Summary of Terms & Conditions

  • You can upgrade or downgrade associates' engagement with a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) for our North American customers; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET) for our European customers; and 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST for our Australian/NZ clients. If you have a special need that require us to work over the weekend; we can arrange that as well, all you have to do is give us a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya associates mostly have a Bachelors degree with a good grasp of MS Office tools and are web savvy.
  • Monthly plan hours must be consumed with the given time period. Any remaining hours will be lost.
  • Hours consumed in addition to the monthly plan hours will be charged at the plan rate.
  • For all monthly plans, we bill on a bi-monthly basis after the services have been rendered. All invoices are due upon receipt.
 

Case Study - Scenario

To better understand the value offered let’s consider an example. A company called ACME Inc. contacts Kaya Systems and is looking for support in multiple areas such as online marketing, website development/support, bookkeeping, and other general admin support. After reviewing the requirements and talking to the client, MKO was found to be the best fit for ACME. The client wanted us to take responsibility for: 

 
  • Online marketing (goals would be set by ACME and the marketing team from ACME’s MKO solution would report on the progress on a weekly basis
  • Bookkeeping (ACME’s bookkeeper will perform the bookkeeping i.e. entering transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating reports and client’s accounts department will do random check for quality control and assurance).
  • Website Development/Support (ACME’s web development team will completely manage all website development and support projects/tasks)
  • General Admin Support (ACME’s MKO will have one full-time associate, with business background, to support ACME for admin tasks such as presentation preparation, data analysis/mining, market research, report writing and other such tasks)
  • Project Management (A Project Manager will manage the whole team as ACME’s PM at Kaya Systems. The PM will ensure operational accuracy and consistency and will help avoid any communication gaps between ACME’s owner/top management and its business/marketing and technical/IT team – avoid misalignment)

How MKO Works

ACME started with a team of four associates – the project manager (business-side) and the IT team consisting of a designer, a PHP programmer and an HTML developer. In this initial phase, ACME’s owner and MKO PM worked on devising a business/marketing plan and setting objectives and then the IT team followed the defined path to create a new website for ACME that was user-friendly as well as SEO-friendly. In the second phase, ACME increased its MKO team to eight resources by adding an online marketing team consisting of a Search Engine Optimizer (SEO), a Social Media Marketer (SMM) and a Content Writer to devise and implement an online marketing campaign for ACME. During the second phase, the IT team was assigned to a process automation project to help improve ACME’s operational efficiency. In the third phase, an Admin Support resource was added to the MKO team to support ACME on a day-to-day business tasks.
