Hassan worked for Oceaneering International (NYSE: OII) for 10 years. During this period functional responsibilities assumed were in manufacturing engineering, operations, and management. He also took part in financial and operational due diligence for acquisitions; led change management teams; and played a key role in software implementations. He holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering (UET); an MS in Industrial Engineering (OSU); and an MBA in Finance & General Management (University of Texas at Austin). Hassan is married and has one son.
Razi has over 11 years of work experience designing software systems for various start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He started his career in the entrepreneurial environment of Austin, TX where he worked in product development for two start-ups. Later he worked with MBNA (now bank of America) where he implemented online payment authorization systems and then at Ford Motors where he designed incentive systems for vehicle sales.
