All Back Office Support teams will be managed by a dedicated Project Manager (PM) who will interface with the client on a regular or as required basis

Summary of Terms & Conditions

Kaya Systems will bear the FIRST week's training cost as the team starts to work for the client
We require a 30-day notice to add or reduce staff in your Back Office Support team (we may be able to make the change faster depending on the resource availability)
Your team's working hours can be configured to fit your requirements. Support can span multiple time zones if the requirement is global in nature
Kaya associates generally have BBA, MBA, or Computer Science (CS) degree with a good grasp of MSOffice tools and are web savvy. The team can be staffed with client specific requirements if those are different than the standard
45 day notice is required to terminate the services of Kaya5 and Kaya7 team
60 day notice is required to terminate the services of KayaPlus team
