All our services are provided from our South Asian office in Lahore. Most associates either have a BBA, MBA, or computer science background. Kaya is in its fourth years of existence and it continues to experience double digit growth.
Most of our clients are Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Our engagement starts with understanding their requirements and then coming up with a solution that is in line with our client's growth strategy. Initially, the client may engage us for a specific task, but as time passes and as we demonstrate the breadth and depth of our services, the relationship begins to grow where we start to take on more and more of their back office tasks. This relationship enables our clients to keep their costs down and in some cases it gives them a competitive advantage.
In a nutshell, we can help your business grow without significant addition to cost. Kaya Systems' offerings fall under two service groups: business and technology. Any technology related task whether application development, software testing, desktop support, etc. falls under the technology group. Everything else, such as BPO, KPO, consulting, and small business services falls under business services group. Teams could be formed on a project basis or on a long-term client support basis. These teams are populated with expertise from both business and technology areas. Our goal is to develop back offices for our clients that work with the front office on an on-going basis. This value proposition enables our clients to focus on their core competency while we manage the back office tasks.
