Secure Data Transfer
Data is transferred using 128-bit SSL encryption, currently the highest level of security, also used for online credit card transactions. Our data transfer is powered by thawte Inc. - leading Internet security service provider.
Data Confidentiality; in-house measures
We have strict in-house IT security policy to ensure client data confidentiality. Each employee has signed CNDA (Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements) to ensure client data secrecy. PCs do not have any external drives (CD, floppy etc.) installed. Internet access to the transcription staff is limited to few search engines (for searching latest information, terms etc.). Downloading or uploading of data, checking of emails is completely prohibited in the office.
Business Associate Agreement
