I require support for my application, can you provide such support?

Yes. We can assign a VA (Advance) associate with computer science background and who has experience in the development platform that your application is built on. Depending on your requirements the support can be on a full-time or part-time basis.

What are some of the technologies that Kaya Systems has expertise in?

Some of the technologies we have worked in are PHP, .NET, VB6, C/C++, C#, etc. to name a few.

I don’t understand the rollover concept, please explain with an example.

We do provide 100% week-to-week rollover in a particular month, but you can ONLY rollover a maximum of 25% of your monthly plan hours from the end of one month to the start of next month. As an example, let's say you subscribe to a VA (Advance) Silver plan (20 hr/week). Let's assume today is the 1st of September and in the week from 1st to 7th you didn't use the service. So, on the 8th or the start of the second week you will have 20 rollover hours from last 0 + 20 + 0 = 20. Say you only use 10 hours in the second week so at the start of third week you will have rollover of 20 + 20 - 10 = 30 hrs. In the third week you use all your 20 hrs. This leaves you with a rollover of 30 + 20 - 20 = 30 hrs by the end of third week or start of 4th week. Say during the fourth week you again only use 15 hrs, so at the end of the 4th week you will have a rollover of 30 + 20 - 15 = 35 hrs. The next week will result in change of month and per terms and conditions you can only rollover 25% of your monthly plan. In this example your monthly plan give your almost 84 hrs/month (20 hrs/week means 4 hrs/day and since September has 21 working days 21 x 4 = 84 hrs) so you can only rollover 25% of 84 hrs which is 21 hrs. So instead of 35 hrs you have rollover 21 hrs. To avoid loss of rollover hours, we suggest that you spread your work as evenly as possible and subscribe to a plan that fits your needs. Kaya Systems limits rollover to 25% from one month to the next to avoid sharp demand spikes that would be difficult to manage. See visual illustration of rollover concept by !
