My requirements are irregular and I don’t know when I will need support?

That is fine. We have a "pay-as-you-go" option where you pay on a task by task basis.


What if the service I require is similar but not one of the listed services above?

We recommend you send us your requirements and we will let you know if we can be of assistance. In our experience, we are able to assist in more than 70% of the cases where the requirement is different from the listed services.

I am confused, is Kaya Systems a Personal Assistant firm or does it also offer technology services too?

Kaya Systems' business model is built on providing business and technology services side by side. By providing these two services, we are able to marry the two where our clients get a one-stop shop experience. To better understand our model please visit "Process" tab on our website.


What are the official working hours?

Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) for our North American customers; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT) for our European customers; and 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM for our Australian/NZ clients. Our offshore office hours are tailored to customer requirements.


I own a small business and I require support on a regular basis, do you provide such support?

Let me first say that this is the most common question we get. The short answer is "Yes." We assign associates to support small to medium size business in a variety of capacities. We primarily have two types of remote or distance support offerings: 1) Virtual Assistant (VA) and 2) Consultant Support (CS). The difference between the two is the skill set offered. If your requirement is for regular type of support work then a VA is a good fit. If you require advanced skill set both for solving business and technology related problems then CS is a better option. A CS is an associate who either has an MBA from a local university or a computer science degree. Customers who are independent consultants or own a consulting firm prefer a CS associate. If you can't decide which option to pick, send us your task list and we can advice you.


What is the cost for each plan and what are the terms and conditions?

How do I pay for the service?

There are two primary methods of payment:
1) Write a check payable to "Kaya Systems" and mail it to the given address
2) Pay with a credit card through PayPal (instructions are provided with the invoice)


So if I subscribe to a plan, do you charge my credit card on a monthly basis?

We DO NOT ask you for your credit card information at any stage. After you decide to subscribe to one of our service plans, we sent you a standard contract and once that is signed you receive a monthly invoice for the services rendered. We expect you to pay for the services either with a check or through PayPal.


What if I am not satisfied with a particular task performed. How do I escalate it?

You let your contact point or your VA or CS know that you are not satisfied with the task and would like a review. Your contact point will get with his or her manager and initiate the review by an internal "audit group". The audit manager will let you know the results. We either redo the task or credit you for the number of hours spent on the task. Since we do not charge in advance so there is no question of refunding of the amount paid.
