 4. What are the official working hours?

Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET). Our offshore office hours are tailored to customer requirements.


5. I own a small business and I require support on a regular basis, do you provide such support?

Let me first say that this is the most common question we get. The short answer is "Yes." We assign associates to support small to medium size business in a variety of capacities. This arrangement normally falls under "Virtual Assistant" support. Please review the Virtual Assistant service under "services" for more detail.


6. How do I pay for the service?

There are two primary methods of payment:

  1. Write a check payable to "Kaya Systems" and mail it to the given address
  2. Pay with a credit card through paypal (instructions are provided with the invoice)
