Consultant Support

Consultant Support (CS) is one of the two services we offer, the other being and . The CS service evolved as customers demanded more sophisticated business and technology services. If your requirements are more technology driven we can assign you an associate with a Computer Science background; if business driven, we can assign you an associate with a BBA or MBA.

A CS also uses remote access tools, telephone (VoIP), and fax to perform different tasks. Tasks performed by a CS include but not limited to web/application development and support, financial analysis, bookkeeping, research, competitor analysis, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), business plan writing, data mining/analysis, and project management to name a few. In short, with a monthly CS plan you have access to all the above and more.

Difference between a CS and a VA

The difference between a VA and a CS is the level of expertise. A VA is a general purpose associate, where as a CS is a specialist. A CS is an associate who either has a BBA, MBA, or a degree in Computer Science (CS).

Terms & Conditions

  • We offer a 10 hour of all our virtual assistant MONTHLY service plans. The trial is available to you within the first week of your inquiry. The discounted trial is NOT valid for one-time tasks or projects.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade the plan with a 24 hour notice. PLEASE NOTE: Any hours will be lost when the plan is downgraded.
  • Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) for our North American customers; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET) for our European customers; and 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST for our Australian/NZ clients. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If you have a special need that requires us to work over the weekend; we can arrange that as well, all you have to do is give us a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya consultant support associates have BBA, MBA, OR Computer Science degree with a good grasp of MSOffice tools and are web savvy.
  • 30 day notice is required to cancel a plan after the trial period.
