Consultant Support (CS)

CS is one of the four services we offer to our Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The other three being Virtual Assistant (VA), Back Office Support (BO), and Kaya Office of the Future (KOF). This wide scope of offerings allows us to address the needs of an entrepreneur all the way to a medium size business.

CS service evolved as customers demanded more sophisticated business and technology services. If your requirements are more technology driven we can assign you an associate with a Computer Science background; if business driven, we can assign you an associate with business background (BBA, MBA). Kaya CS monthly plans are as follows:

A CS also uses remote access tools, telephone (VoIP), and fax to perform different tasks. Tasks performed by a CS include but not limited to web/application development and support, financial analysis, bookkeeping, research, competitor analysis, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), business plan writing, data mining/analysis, and project management to name a few. In short, with a monthly CS plan you have access to all the above and more.

Most of our CS associates are assigned to multimedia/software and ecommerce firms as technical or support staff. Associates with business backgrounds are mostly assisting real estate, non-profit, retail, financial services firms to name a few. Please refer to the SME Service Model for a pictorial view.

If you have a onetime project and you need a specific skill to complete it. Send us the project details and we will prepare a quote for the project.

Summary of Terms & Conditions

  • We offer a 10 hour DISCOUNTED Trial of all our Consultant Support (CS) MONTHLY service plans. The trial is available to you within the first week of your inquiry.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade the plan with a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya Systems office hours are from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (ET) for our North American customers; 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (CET) for our European customers; and 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM AEST for our Australian/NZ clients. If you have a special need that require us to work over the weekend; we can arrange that as well, all you have to do is give us a 24 hour notice.
  • Kaya consultant support associates have BBA, MBA, or Computer Science degree with a good grasp of MSOffice tools and are web savvy.
